Founder, Executive Director
In her role as the Executive Director of Dallas Art Therapy, Andrea has spearheaded various initiatives, including the establishment of SOS: Open Art Studio, the creation of a Teen Art Club, and the facilitation of internship placements. Under her visionary leadership, the organization has become a beacon of support and creativity for those in need. Andrea's dedication extends beyond administrative duties, as she actively engages in providing individual and group therapy services and serves as a supervisor for LPC and ATR professionals.
Melissa is an enthusiastic and kindhearted mental health counselor with clinical training in play and activity therapy, expressive arts, and group therapy. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor under the supervision of Andrea Davis ATR-BC, ATCS, LPC-AT-S. Melissa is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where she earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology. She has experience working with adolescent hospitalization programs, memory care populations, the LGBTQIA+ community, and leading expressive art therapy groups for children, teens, and adults.
Melissa's therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that each client is unique, and she tailors her treatment plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual. In her free time, Melissa enjoys roller skating, making Spotify playlists, and crafting. Melissa leads groups for Dallas Art Therapy and provides individual therapy with Davis Art Therapy and Counseling.
Jaime Is an empathetic and dedicated mental health professional with an emphasis in implementing art therapy techniques in community care settings with children, teens, and adults who’ve had experiences of trauma. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Provisionally Registered Art Therapist under the supervision of Andrea Davis ATR-BC, ATCS, LPC-AT-S.
Jaime graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago where she earned her Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling. She had the opportunity to present her graduate project, a children’s book on overcoming grief, at the Graphic Medicine Conference in Chicago. Jaime has experience working with children and teens who’ve experienced trauma, adolescents and adults in partial hospitalization programs, the LGBTQIA+ community, grief support, and leading expressive art therapy groups for children, teens, and adults.
Jaime’s therapeutic approach is person centered, believing that each client is the expert of their life story. She encourages collaboration with her clients in determining their care. She hopes to instill the confidence and belief in her clients that they have the capabilities to make changes within their lives.

Audrey C. Williams is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Counseling with a concentration in Expressive Arts Therapies at Southern Methodist University, expected to graduate in December 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art with a minor in Art History from the University of Texas at Austin. Audrey has hands-on experience in both individual and group counseling from her practicum at the SMU Center for Family Counseling. Additionally, she teaches illustration and creative workshops at the Creative Arts Center in Dallas. Certified as a Mental Health First Aider by the North Texas Behavior Health Authority, Audrey is also deeply involved in community service, having served as a Spiritual Life Mentor at SMU. Her professional interests lie in mindfulness and embodied expressive therapies, and she has shared her knowledge through various publications and presentations.
