Mindy Minor Rodriguez is the lead facilitator for the Nurturing Parenting groups and founder of Healing Families Initiatives.
Throughout Mindy's life and career, she has seen (and experienced) the need for more support and education for parents, for families and for individuals needing self-care and insight.
In her personal life, Mindy is a friend, a daughter, a mother (of 3!!), a sister, a spouse and so much more depending on the day and what is on the calendar. Because of her many life experiences, Mindy understands the beauty and value of healthy family bonds and how essential it is in breaking damaging cycles we face today. She also understands that before we can give to family we must first give to ourselves.
In her "free" time, Mindy enjoys reading, high-spirited fun and adventuring just about anywhere.
