SOS: Sarah's Open Studio

SOS Open Studio group offers a safe and nurturing environment for the community, including veterans, to engage in creative expression while processing trauma. With the guidance and support of a trained art therapist, individuals can access this FREE space to explore their emotions and experiences through art.

The process of open studio begins by inviting each participant to formulate and write a personal intention. This step serves as a grounding and focusing exercise, aligning the art-making process with the therapeutic needs of each individual. Intentions are crafted based on their unique experiences and goals, providing a personalized framework for their creative exploration.
